Cialis (tadalafil): Cialis like Levitra and Viagra, is also in the class of medications called phosphodiesterase (PDE) inhibitors, but was set apart from its ED medication predecessors by its 36-hour effectiveness, which earned it the nickname, “The Weekend Pill.”  The active ingredient in Cialis, tadalafil, distinguishes it from Viagra and Levitra because it has a longer half-life (17.5 hours) in the body compared to Viagra and Levitra (4–5 hours), and a longer duration of action—so you don’t have to plan ahead with Cialis…
